Feeling the quick grab to his ass he spun around only to see Leslie disappearing into the crowd yet again. Chuckling he moved after her, ready to claim the filly. After the whole process of the buy went through he set off another wild goose chase after her.
This time she wasn't hard to find. Reaching her side he decided to give her a taste of her own medicine. Slipping his hand into her back pocket he said quietly "getting a little handies there cowgirl?" Giving her a quick squeeze he removed his hand and headed towards the parking lot. "Meet you there."

Did he... Just? Shaking off her initial shock, she called out after him, "I thought you had standards!" Way to compliment yourself there, she watched him go to the lot, wondering why he'd left his filly behind. Ha, right. As if she was going to let him have a backseat romance with her. Clipping a lead rope on her new gelding, she lead him to the rig. He was dancing the whole way, snorting and blowing at seemingly nothing.
The horse did at least step up into the trailer well enough, and tolerated being tied and 'locked in'. Peering around to the man, "So are you just going to leave your new hot blue girlfriend here, or what?" She grinned sincerely and watched him as the only light left was from that of the moon, and it was bright enough to at least be able to see in front of you.

Unlatching the back the trailer he lowered the ramp, it landed with a soft thud. "Nah he is bringing her out." He said gesturing in the direction that the man and his new filly appeared. "I could never leave her here...you though I could."
Taking the horse he walked her up the ramp, not even allowing her to think about how 'big and scary' it was. "Lets go cowgirl." Shacking his head he climbed into his truck. As if he just bought another horse. Starting off slowly to allow the horses to find their 'sea legs' he pulled onto the road and the interesting trip home had begun.

She simply shook her head at him. On the ride home though, she would inquire on things about him, but for now she'd tease him a bit. "See? Aren't you glad you came? You got a new horsie and everything," she hesitated, "And I touched your butt, which I know was the highlight of your night." Well it had been hers, but she wouldn't admit that to him.
"I bet your girlfriend has you whipped, huh?" This would perhaps answer two questions for her. Brows pursing, she stopped for a moment, "Or your boyfriend... whichever you have, I don't judge." Looking back to him, she studied him further. He was different, in a good way. Charming. Nice. Yet sorely uncivilized at moments, which for her? Kept her on her toes. Leslie had by no means had a dull night.

Now on the road he was really kicking himself in the ass. A new horse honestly. "It was a lot better then I thought it was going to be, and for the horse I'm still on the fence about being happy or not." Glancing over at her he smirked "You can touch my butt anytime cowgirl. As for whipped...no...used to be but not anymore." He added the last part happily. He was enjoying himself now that he wasn't on a tight leash.
He stayed silent for a moment tryng to figure out why she had asked that. Probably the same reason he asked her the same question earlier. "Trying to figure out if I'm on the market?" Adding a playful wink.

Leslie nodded, "That's... a nice offer, thank you." And she'd be sure to take advantage of ass-grab oppurtunities as they'd present themselves. That's what no shame did for ya, and Reese might as well just asked for her to grab his gluteus maximus.
There she was blushing again, thankfully it was hidden by the night this time and she scoffed through her nose, "Pfft, no!" She looked her lying eyes down the road as her smile grew, containing embarassed laughter. "Well... Okay yeah... maybe a little bit. Is that a problem, or does it make you uncomfortable?" A brow raised, a quirky lopsided smirk dancing on her lips as her amber gaze turned back to him.

"Only if that same offer applies on my end too."He wasn't ready for that response. His answer was serious, whether it was believable or not. Sometimes always being a smart ass didn't work out best for him.
"Awwww....Cowgirl got a little crush?" He looked over at her with a toothy grin. "How cute." This made him far from uncomfortable. From what he knew about her now she was starting to grow on him. "Don't worry the feelings mutual." He added parking his truck back at the stables. Now the fun part. Unloading.

"It's only fair I guess," So now it was turning into a groping game. That was fine with her! Though when he admitted that last bit, she just smiled and stayed quiet, meeting him back behind the trailer to unload the new beasts. She could hear them dancing around a bit, a few of the horses at the facility whinnying at the presence of a trailer. "I'll go get a couple of stalls open..." Jogging into the barn, the placed them accordingly. Her new gelding would be next to the stallions, keeping them a fair distance away from the filly.
Fixing water in the buckets and tossing some hay in the new comers stalls, she went to grab her own horse, who was on edge one hundred percent. "You know, they've probably been tied up in those sale stalls all day. We could turn them out in the indoor for a bit to stretch their legs." It was big enough for them to be foolish in without hurting themselves, and the footing was great.
Vegas watched with sleepy eyes as his owner passed by his stall with another horse, urging him to nicker quietly when she didn't stop to pay attention to him. Oh well, she had passed and his attention focused on the other and his horse as Leslie lead the paint gelding to the arena.

Leading the filly inside he began really taking her in. She was lanky but had a nice neck and a high hind end. She still had a lot of growing from the looks of it and could even become taller then Chaos. Well thats a plus. All he could do now is look at the bright side of things. She had the puppy dog personality and seemed to have decent ground manners. Getting lost in his thoughts he fumbled his way into the barn until the sound of Leslie's voice drew him back to reality.
"Yeah your probably right...I have nothing better to do anyway." He said sheepishly. Glancing over to wards the stallions his eyes fell on Chaos's perked ears. His expression almost asking 'what the hell is that.' Laughing he softly pulled at the lead and followed Leslie into the indoor.

Smirking at him, she carried on her way down the aisle, "Plus, you know you just want to hang out with me some more... Just can't get enough," leading the gelding through the gate, she got him into the riding area, and unclipped the lead. His nose dropped as he lazily walked on, searching for a spot to roll. Leslie watched, holding the entrance open for him to pass through with his filly, looking at her as she walked by.
"She looks kinda like a pleasure horse. I know you just wanna wear the blingy shirts and buy the bling bling tack for her." Like she could talk - being a barrel racer, it was all about the glitz... well, why not attempt to blind your competitors? If they were blind they would better their chances of running and awful pattern. Taking a spot behind the gate, she held it closed as he released his horse. Her new one, after rolling and becoming suitably dirty in simple paint horse fashion, had gone up to make friends with her, extending his nose in greeting.

"What better way to spend an evening?" Moving past her he unclipped the lead line and gave the filly a gentle pat on her butt to get her away from the gate. Not even flinching the filly moved away from the gate at a snails pace, her nose plastered to the ground like a hound dog. "We'll see about the pleasure horse."Laughing he did a once over on the filly. "I could settle for a new roping horse... Chaos sorta flunked with that." The stud was a good cutting and reining horse but thats about as far as it goes.
Sneaking back behind the gate he joined Leslie admiring the horses. The filly moved toward the paint nose outstretched. A moment passed before a loud squeal filled the arena, a small cloud of dust taking the place of the blue filly. Tail and head high she took off across the arena, sliding to a stop by one wall. Snorting she trotted the length of the arena, tail flipped like an Arabian, nostrils flared pink. She had nice movement too her, Leslie could be right, she may not be the roper of his dreams. Dismissing that thought he glanced over at her and nudged her with his elbow playfully."trying to keep me here cowgirl?"

The filly's antics sent her paint off, farting a bit with each stride and Leslie couldn't help but giggle as the white eyed horse seemed all to confused at what had gone so wrong. He snorted loudly, halting in a corner near to the people at the gate, watching her.
Leslie smirked, looking over to him, "Trying takes effort, and I have had to do very much." Her eyes turned back to the horses, watching her paint reapproach the mare and lip at her hip, before nipping her and bolting. "Aww... Look at that. I oughta call him Reese. Or maybe Cowboy, ha!" It actually had a pretty nice ring to it. Biting her lower lip a bit, she looked back to Reese.
A curious fellow he seemed to be. Polite..ish. Well spoken. Mischevious. Quick witted. Down right hot and.. single. What the hell was wrong with this picture? You know Leslie, not one to keep questions to herself, "Why don't you have a girlfriend?" She thought it to be a legitimate question. Perhaps he had his own personal reasons, maybe he had his own thing going on, or maybe he just wasn't interested in dating. Knowing she may get this question back, she was prepared to share it. Hell, she might as well just tell him, "I mean... I just finished college and between that and this place, there was no time. I find it odd that a man like you isn't hooked up."

A light laugh escaped his lips as he watched the young horses move around the ring. Ears perked the filly watched the paint curiously. Running her nose from his withers to almost his ears she breathed softly, out of the blue she nipped at him playfully and took off across the arena bucking again. Taking a sharp turn toward the gate she bounced to a stop and outstretched her head. About half a foot from reaching the humans she decided they were 'scary' and took off again, heels reaching for the sky. "Well she could be a bronc if anything." He joked watching her go. "I think cowboy would fit him perfectly...then you could tell everyone you rode 'me" Glancing over he winked. Sometimes his face could be hard to read. Nine out of ten girls would have been offended by that and honestly he couldn't care less, if they couldn't handle jokes like that then they couldn't handle him or any guy with a mind like his.
Leslie's next question took him a second to answer, probably because he didn't really have one. "I got sick of her." He said bluntly. "She was needy and high maintenance. I couldn't stand her friends and if I even talked to another girl it was like the whole world was going to end. I might as well have slept with someone else...she got a little crazy for my tast." He wasn't sure about sharing the rest but hey what could it hurt. "Toward the end I stayed with her for the sex, yeah I know typical guy, but then I realized she sucked at everything in that catigory... there was nothing good left in our relationship to keep it going." This was one of the few times he had ever admitted that and he started to think it would probably bit him in the ass. "That was about five months ago, I tryed to 'play' the field but I couldn't handle it they were still a bunch of airheads...they were like her clowns. If it wasn't for my buddies I wouldn't have even wasted my time on them"

Leslie narrowed her eyes at him in the thoughts of her riding him, "No dear, I need something that can last longer than eight seconds." Tucking some hair behind her ear, she listened to him. Well, well - there was a man in there somewhere. She couldn't blame him though, as they've always said in a good relationship, sex is 5 percent of it. In a bad relationship? Well, sex was at 95 percent. She'd been there before herself, so she could somewhat understand. "I understand where you're coming from. There's herds of those women at rodeos. Buckle bunnies, goin' after the bull riders and the bronc busters. And you just fell right into playing macho Cowboy, eh? We have a few of them here... except I don't know what you'd call them. They go after the rich men ridin' those hunter horses."
Watching the two equines at play, she yawned a bit and smirked to herself, "Well I'm sorry that her sex wasn't good for you. That's one good thing about horse people. Ya gotta learn to move those hips and ride," it was easy to see why she was the disappointment of the Hawthorne elite, with her loose tongue, suggestive motives and her massive attitude problem. "... And if you hitch it with someone who's an awesome rider? You've got it made. Me? Well... I'd like to think I'm pretty damn good rider."
Her new gelding went into a bucking fit, chasing the roan filly around the arena, before stopping and licking his lips as if saying he was expended. Looking to his new BFF, he decided to visit these new humans, sniffing them each - perhaps looking for food.

Her last comment made him left "Eight seconds...me....you keep telling yourself that." It was beginning to sound like a conversation he would have with one of his buddies. "Those girls aren't all bad...after a bad run or ride and once you have a few in you those girls start looking awfully nice to a guy. We want the easy ones...not the ones we have to chase." He shock his head slowly..sorta at himself, those almost unremembered nights were not his proudest moments, sorta why his relationship failed but he would never admit to it. "So your saying those tight pant wearing, fairy boys got something on me....ha thats something....I could have any of those girls on their backs." The last part wasn't his real thinking, he didn't want anything to do with those airheads, at least not sober. He mostly said that to see if he could get a reaction out of Leslie.
The filly reluctantly followed the colt back toward the humans, she lost her new found friend for awhile. Thinking there was food, she pinned her ears and tryed to bullied her way past him. "You seem pretty cocky about yourself in bed? Maybe your just talking yourself up?" Laughing he threw his arm around her shoulders and gave her a quick squeeze "look at us joking like old friends"
